Charpi Bihe is a comedy short movie produced with a vision to make people aware about the use of toilet. Mr and Ms Kattel alongside with Mr.Kedar Prasad Ghimire played the lead role where Mr.Kattel has been seen as the elderly Chairperson of the toilet Construction campaign and Ms Kattel has been portrayed as a young village girl.
